Job Title: Tendering Engineer

Responsibilities:

•  Identify the technical requirements for each bid and will agree with the Customer Service Manager on the bidding strategy.
o Own the technical response of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ), Bids and Tenders.
o Prepare technical solution papers for internal approval in line with bid governance .
o Customer focused and experienced in managing expectations .
o Must have the ability to work well under pressure and be well organised to work with people effectively .
o Excellent understanding of basic revenue models, profit and loss.
o Degree in civil or mechanical engineering with a specialization in wells and oil & gas operation, offshore works.
o Analyze survey reports,  drawings, blueprints, and other data to plan projects.
o Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
o Prepare or present public reports, such as bid proposals.
