Position title:  QA Technician

Location: Garadagh r., Salyan highway 83,

“BOS Shelf” LLC mainly specialized on piles & jackets fabrication, piping works. BOS Shelf has the reputation as the best performing contractor in the Caspian region. Our company is also involved to “Shah Daniz 2” Project and considered one of the main subcontractors of the project. We prioritized improvements in working conditions for its employees. We have built two brand new amenity blocks, which have training facilities and modern office facilities fully conforming to the international standards. While achieving a very demanding schedule, we remained focused on our priority to ensure that all worked safely and remained healthy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with data inputting as required;
• Understand and check weld/fit up reports to resolve any problems identified;
• Identify certification requirements from information provided by supervisor/client
• Check and maintain welder approval registers and provide information to supervisor when updates are required;
• Resolving welding and material queries (cross check with drawing info: revision, type, category, etc.);
• Co-ordinating and collation of material certificates, welders certs (if needed), weld procedures, additional test reports;
• Cross check information in NDT reports and in welding queries;
• If needed to insert information into AS400 (when correction or some missing information is needed);
• Preparing, presenting of certification packages for approvals
• Receiving, checking, recording and filling project inspection and test records, including subcontractor’s and sub-supplier’s records;
• Ensuring that records are legible and stored and easily retrievable, secured place;
• Liaising with Client’s representatives and submitting certification packages for progressive approval of the work;
• Maintaining an overall inspection and test status and a register displaying the current approval status of each certification package assigned to individual elements of work.

Work experience:
• 2 years

Education:
• Technical
• Can be other only if have good experience as QA Technician

Knowledge:
• Azerbaijani and English languages
• Be able to read drawings

Skills:
• Microsoft Office program
• SAP
• Administration
