Job Description:

• Developing the strategic plan for sales
• Monitoring target markets, identifying and evaluating customers
• Visiting markets for controlling and implementing the strategy.
• Plan & maximize the sales & profit contribution of the product
• Develop annual business plan to reflect product positioning, negotiate key aspects of the planned delivery with the product
• Maximizing turnover by ensuring accurate, timely and commercial sales planning
• Provide support on-the-job training to all team members
• Marketing and Promotional activities are conducted in accordance with brand guidelines.

Requirements:
 
• Males and females
• Experience in sales of Home collection
• Excellent knowledge of Azeri and Russian
• Knowledge of English language (intermediate level: oral and writing skills)
• Good MS Word, Excel, Outlook skills
• Work experience in this sphere 1-3 years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Standard knowledge of MO programs
• “Hard skills” abilities: analytical attitude of mind, ability to forecast, organizational skills, creativity and strong skills in sales
• Sales organization

• Salary: 800 + bonus from sales
• 3 month probation period
