FLORAL MANAGER

Job description:

• Apply creativity to art or design work
• Consult with customers concerning needs
• Sell merchandise
• Arrange floral offerings
• Conduct training for personnel
• Distinguish colors
• Make presentations
• Stock or organize goods
• Demonstrate goods or services
• Receive customer orders
• Design decorative displays
• Obtain information from clients, customers, or patients

Requirements:
 
• Males and females
• Excellent knowledge of Azeri and Russian
• Knowledge of English language (intermediate level: oral and writing skills)
• Good MS Word, Excel, Outlook skills
• Work experience in this sphere 1-3 years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make decisions
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on MSO programs
• “Hard skills” abilities: analytical attitude of mind, ability to forecast, organizational skills, creativity and artistic ability is appreciated.

We offer:

• Salary: 800 – 1000 AZN
• 3 month probation period
• Training to improve knowledge of the brand, sales techniques, properties and characteristics of products
• Registration on Labour Code of AR, labour book, social insurance
