Business Development Manager – Insurance
JOB PURPOSE
• Primary focus on the identification & development of a profitable customer base – to exceed business targets, within the insurance sector.
• To support growth & visibility through excellent account management & identification of opportunities with International Reinsurance Market. Ensuring regular, face to face, meetings across their network of regional offices.
KEY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To achieve identified short & long-term targets.
2. To drive sales in line with Insurance strategy and deliver a profitable business focused on sales growth, excellent customer service & sector leadership.
3. Ensure sales pipeline has sufficient development to achieve agreed sales objectives.
4. To assist in the identification & sales development of a profitable customer base, being mindful to work with and in synergy with the existing MS CRM customer base.
5. Responsible for the effective use of MS CRM system.
6. To ensure activities meet legal & ensure other compliance requirements are meet to the needs of the business.
7. To resolve customer concerns & complaints in the best interest of the company whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.
8. To collate management information and produce required sales reports to the needs of the business, including a weekly & monthly update.
9. To manage and develop close working relationships through the sales and operations teams to ensure business development and sales opportunities are being maximized.
10. To work within agreed pricing strategy, to include the identification of cross selling opportunities with existing products & services.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
• Minimum of 3 years Experience in Insurance Sector,
• Bachelor degree
• Presentation skills, excellent communication, both written&oral, and,
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
• Language: Azeri, English (fluent)
Salary AZN2500+BONUS
Work hours 09:00 - 18:00
