Web Developer Instructor
Code Academy (www.code.edu.az) is growing it's teachers team! Code Academy has an intensive, western approach to prepare junior software developers in 3 months, from absolute beginners. We turn beginner's into hireable web developers in 12 weeks.
We're looking for awesome IT teachers, passionate about software development courses in Azerbaijan;

Job Description:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in as Web Development Educator
- Exclusively Full-time schedule;
- Minimum intermediary English skills for engineering communication
- Good knowledge of Git
- Experience in software development lifecycle practices
- Provide support to different group students and project team members
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup
- Candidates with both Frontend and Backend experiences will get priority
Frontend Developer skills
Primary technologies needed:
- HTML, CSS (SASS, LESS) and Javascript, jQuery
- Experience creating responsive cross platform/device oriented web applications/sites
- Good knowledge on JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS or ReactJS
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript with data structures, algorithms and software design principles
- Good knowledge task automation tools and package managers (e.g. Grunt, gulp.js, Bower)
- Excellent code debugging skills
- Create and maintain reusable JS/CSS libraries and components
- Prior Backend knowledge
Backend Developer skills
Primary technologies needed:
- Experience in MVC concepts and usage of them an Object Oriented (OOP) development with PHP
- At least one PHP framework experience, such as Laravel, Symfony2
- Excellent knowledge of MySQL
- Understanding of open source projects like Wordpress, OpenCart, etc
- Prior Frontend knowledge
