Description
Project manager must capable to control project time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial. He must be capable to plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors. Manager might oversee an entire construction project, might oversee specific aspects of a larger project above $ USD 100 MM.
Project Manager Duties
Determine schedule of different phases of a project based on established deadlines. They often negotiate contracts with architects, vendors, contractors and other workers. The securing of building permits and licenses and delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites also might be issues that must be addressed initially.
He will report to Project Technical Authority (Engineering and Maintenance Director).
As a project continues, manager typically confers with supervisors or other managers to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with international standards requirement and safety codes. Because they must ensure that a project is completed according to schedule, manager must resolve problems that arise due to inclement weather, emergencies or other issues that may cause delays.

Other Requirements Minimum 10 years of Construction-related work experience
Certification Certified PMP from PMI (Project Management Institute)
Age 32 – 50 Years
Microsoft project or primavera Must be professional in minimum one of them
