JOB OBJECTIVES:

• To provide implementation loyalty and gift card.
• To keep and observe customer service standards by e-store.
• To provide continuous improvement customer service.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Assist to customer service manager to keep high service level: responsible for Loyalty and Gift cards, for monitoring customer service level by e-stores, for collecting data and preparing monthly reports.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Supervises and coordinates providing stores with Loyalty and Gift cards, engaged in preparing and delivery cards and other related duties.
• Observes and evaluates according grids customer's service by e-store to ensure customer service standards. 
• Handling customer complaints and resolving them as well. He or she has to obtain and evaluate the relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries of the clients.
• Keeping accurate data or records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
• Collecting data: result monitoring during visit at the stores, mystery calls, video and audio supervising and customer complaints and for preparing according this data the monthly reports. 
• Producing written information for customers, often involving use internet canals facebook, official site, email & etc.
• Effective and close cooperation with other departments of company: sales, marketing, law, facility & etc.
• Offer ideas and recommendations for continuous improvement in customer service
