Well – known and established market leader in construction, development and asset management solution provider
AS Group Investment is looking for the Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provision of business plan preparation for AS Group İnvestment projects
2. Conducting preliminary market study, accurate data forecasting and to hold a bid on selection of service providers
3. Ensuring the development of the business units of company’s existing and ongoing projects
4. Contribution to the sales of projects of AS Group Investment through various financial instruments including mortgage products
5. Establishment of international financial cooperation and partnerships with different interested third parties
6. Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
7. Establishment of cooperation with commercial real estate facility development service providers
8. Implementation of trade finance
9. Ensure the organization of research into new business lines and provide suggestions
Requirements:
1. University degree preferably in Economics, Business Management, International Business
2. Fluent English and Russian is must.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills
4. High competence on Excel (financial functions)
5. Knowledge on international accounting and corporate finance
6. Real Estate market study and reporting skills (preferably)
7. Highly organized and good planner
8. Analytic and rational thinking
9. Able to work under pressure
10. Able to meet deadlines
11. Exhibits good negotiation and presentation skills
Personal Requirements
1. Must comply with all company procedures and regulations, including declaring of any ongoing professional or academic courses or qualifications currently under process and any future courses to be advised in advance
2. Able to travel on business as and when required
3. Have the highest integrity and confidentiality relating to all matters of business and any personnel associated with the Company
Required Experience
Minimum 1.5-2 years of work experience in this field
Working hours
Mon-Friday (9:00-18:00), Saturday (10:00-13:00)
