Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is seeking proposals for projects to strengthen cross border contacts between local authorities, communities and civil society organisations to help develop joint solutions to common social and economic development challenges in the border areas of Azerbaijan and Georgia (Ganja-Qazakh, Sheki-Zagatala and Kvemo–Kartli, Kakheti) with financial assistance from the Eastern Partnership Territorial Cooperation Programmes.
