Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Mech)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct everyday repairs, preventative maintenance and emergency maintenance on different allocated accounts and properties
2. Receive work orders for curative repair activities and Complete all necessary paperwork to finalize work orders.
3. Ensure to place orders of essential materials to furnish all necessary repairs.
4. Conduct and support for equipment changeovers and start-ups.
5. Inspect periodically mechanical equipment to assure it is operating correctly.
6. Perform activities to improve existing facilities and equipments and convey mechanical machinery solutions to management and operations.
7. Present project oversight as identified by management and engineers.
8. Install new equipment and modify existing equipment.
9. Involve in audits of supply inventories along with bench stock to assure usage is constant with programmed work activities.
10. Ensure to resolve and rectify problems correctly prior to breakdowns occurrence.
11. Ensures work facility fulfills all required safety and environmental needs
12. Attain detailed information of OSHA Lock out Tag out Process and capability to record all internal paper work.

Job Assignments

Maintenance Technician (Mech) will be working on shift basis. Must be ready to accept job assignments at any time, including scheduled days off. Must work overtime as required.

Required Abilities:

• Good analytical and problem solving (troubleshooting) skills
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office/AS 400).
• Weekend and holiday coverage as needed.
• Good understanding of a regulatory environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Exhibit professional appearance and attitude and act in harmony with fellow employees.
• Self motivated and reliable.
• Excellent hand/eye coordination
• Maintain proper personal hygiene & dress code.

Education/Skill Level::

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electromechanical Engineering or related field. 
Min. 5 years experience in maintenance/servicing field is preferred.
Must have a strong attention to detail and have the ability to read product specifications and instructions. Must have computer skills to record inspection data and reports.

Training:

• Knowledge in Dairy Process and Packaging Machines
• Knowledge in Hydraulics & Pneumatics is must
• Basic Food & Hygiene, Basic Health, Safety & Environment exposure
• AutoCAD, Knowledge in HP, LP compressors is optional
