Technical Solutions Lead (Electrical Services)

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Deliver the business targets for Advanced Electrical Services to the Oil, Gas Industries
- Support the growth of Electrical Services through a wide portfolio of advanced services
- Target growth from Company and 3rd party installed base of Electrical Systems and Products: Generators, HV/LV Switchgear, Transformers, Machines, Drives, Control and Protection Systems
- Engage the client base, technical and certifying authorities
- Deliver the KPIs across the existing portfolio
- Acquire new contracts and ensure contract renewal at the appropriate margins
- Support the development of the Electrical Service Strategy and create a framework that supports the delivery of the whole Electrical Service portfolio
- Understand industry economies to fully position ROI as part of  Advanced Services offerings
- Interact and manage key customers and meet their perception/expectation of the Service Value
- Champion the introduction of new service products 
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

- Degree or Equivalent in Electrical Engineering
Power Generation and MV/LV distribution systems in limited networks
- Knowledge of Power Systems – Generation, Distribution, Control Voltage Regulation, Power Management and Protection in Limited Networks
- Strong business acumen
- Strategic thinker
- Ability to make an impact and influence change
- Strong people skills
