Job title: Automatism specialist/ Instrumentation specialist (Avtomatika mütəxəssisi)
Net Salary: 1100 AZN (plus additional payment for overtime)

Condition: The Plant site area
Working hours from 8:00 to 17:00 for 5 days in a week (Monday to Friday)
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Automatism, instrumentation works
Technical bachelor degree
Knowledge of DCS system T3000 (SCADA).
At least intermediate level in English
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Electronic data reporting and Control systems (SCADA).
Maintenance, calibration and inspection of all instrumentation.
Contribute as an effective team member.
KEY TASKS
Maintain records of all calibrations and maintenance schedules.
Identify faults, test and modify control equipment and systems, including updating of drawings.
Effectively react to changes in circumstances and conditions of plant and equipment to maintain continuous operation of the process
Monitor the reliable and economic generation of steam, and distribution of steam and electricity.
Implement and monitor a preventative maintenance schedule.
Complete scheduled programme for proving plant securities, ensuring tests are completed to schedule are successful and results recorded.
Analyse process variables, report on any anomalies and investigate action to rectify. Ensure optimum performance of process requirements and reporting systems.
Interaction with operations personnel with regards to fault finding, test and modification to process requirements.
Provide training as required on control systems and assist in induction and training of employees
Produce and / or update Plant Operating Instructions, SWP, Risk Assessments as necessary.
Consideration must be given to the conservation of energy and minimization of any form of pollution to land, air or watercourse.
Report accident, incidents and report any contravention of safe working practices. Ensure a hazard free environment at all times.
Participate in weekly fire drills and evacuation exercises.
Participate, in emergency case and occasionally, for other jobs (cleaning, mechanical assistance) if requested to ensure good operation of the plant.
To be able to help electricians in the EA team in case of need.
