BayGroup is an official distributor of watch and jewelry of Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Escada, Fossil, Emporio Armani, DKNY, Marc Jacobs, Esprit, Kenzo, Tommy Hilfiger, Lacoste, Adidas and other brands.

Job responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate activities of departments concerned with sales, and distribution of products.
• Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
• Work to meet all sales targets, plan sales strategies, analyze sales data, and work to expand sales.
• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
• Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
• Coordinate product-marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales promotions.

Key job requirements:

• Master’s degree in Management, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in management, business planning, administration, project management
• Office administrative and management practices and procedures
• Principles and practices of business communication
• Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages
• Manage multiple and rapidly changing priorities to meet the needs and expectations of CEO
• Have strong problem-solving skills and be assertive in challenging situations
• Good communications skills and initiative
• Use a high degree of tact, discretion and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive situations and concerned groups and individuals
• Strong skills to establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with Company staff, business organizations, the media, customers and others encountered in the course of work.
