Amec Foster Wheeler is a major Engineering and Construction Company involved in Oil and Gas Projects in Azerbaijan is looking for Senior Commercial Administrator (National)

The successful candidates should have the following capabilities:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil and Gas industry in similar role.
• Discipline related University qualification.
• Problem solving skills, consistent and accurate reporting and formatting, team working, coaching and development, Invoicing and debt management, payroll processing, Influencing and relationship building skills, good knowledge of related Azerbaijan legislation and regulation, project cash flow experience.
• Professional and positive approach, highly motivated; eager to contribute to the success of the business.
• Proactive in promoting Health and Safety culture and participating.
• Dynamic and creative, able to respond to emerging work and prioritize, team player and able to work on own initiative, strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels.
• Must be able to work flexibly.
• Must work at all times in the best interest of the Company.
• Must comply with the requirements of the Company's Safety Management System

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

• Accurate filing of and achievement of invoicing targets.
• Coordinating resource to achieve task completion and reach or exceed targets.
• Ensuring compliance with all statutory, client and company requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely production of weekly and monthly reports.
• Recognizing good performance and dealing with non-performance
• Ensuring the promotion of the highest standards of safety and environmental performance at all times.
• Assist the Team Leader with the ongoing competence and development of staff.
• Continually monitoring performance and actively implementing a programme of continuous improvement.
• Linking reports to the strategy and operational targets
• Improving the ratings of issues on the Risk Register that are owned by the Commercial Manager.
