Recruiter (3 months contract) 
 
Position Responsibilities:

Directly reporting to the Director of Human Resources, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

•         Manage recruitment process: obtaining requisition forms; posting and updating career opportunities; screening resumes and candidates; scheduling interviews with leaders and department heads; administering pre-employment paperwork; conducting reference and background checks; extending offer to all final candidates.
•         Interview and assess candidates based on needs defined by department hiring managers. Attend recruitment functions such as job fairs, career days, and other events to source candidates.
•         Handle administration of new hire process and paperwork

Job requirements:

•         University degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
•         3 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment
•         Prior hotel experience preferred.
•         Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
•         Excellent command of the English, Azerbaijani and Russian languages is a must
•         Ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, effectively with candidates and associates; respond to candidates and associates requests, with high level of patience, diplomacy and tact. Excellent interpersonal skills to provide overall employee satisfaction
•         Ability to operate computers to include MS Office suite software and calculator Telephone etiquette skills needed
•         Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to details.
•         Ability to show discretion in working with highly confidential issues is required
•         Maintains professionalism at all times, demonstrating courtesy and respect to candidates and associates
