The HVAC Technician in a hotel must comply with the following rule:

To be familiarly with the policy and Procedure of work place
Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs
Install, maintain and repair technical equipment for job reason when is require
Be familiarly with Electrical Transformer system up to 25 KV
Operate and Control High Tension Electrical panel control (2500 AMP)
Operate and Control Low Tension Electrical panel control and Main distribution panels
Check and rectify technical problem in individual electrical panel ( breakers, contactor, timers)
Operate the synchronization connection between Main Electric power and Emergency Generator
Check and control emergency generator and do weekly test without load
Check and do generator test once a month at least to confirm well synchronization system 
Record daily electrical consumption in utility template sheet for monthly report
Do tour of house while shift and confirm all electrical panel are well functioning
Follow up energy saving system through utility conservation plan
Submitting a preventive maintenance program for all electric panel as engineering schedule
Attend complain to be solve in guest room and public area as request to be solve in quick period
Knowledge in Fire alarm system and distribution and duty of fire detection devices
Knowledge of CCTV I.P cameras or Analogues Cameras and distribution protocol
Knowledge of T.V system to the Rooms and public area and distribution protocol
Be familiar and give support as team work for colleagues and other department
Inform on spot the direct supervisor in case of any major problem on site
