POSITION: Spa therapist at Intourist Hotel Baku, Autograph Collection

About Intourist Hotel:

Located in the heart of Baku city and overlooking the waterfront boulevard, known as the National Park, this boutique hotel offers 150 alluring guest rooms and suites. With close proximity to major attractions, the hotel offers superb connections throughout the city.

Main duties and responsibilities:

To operate and work in accordance with standards prescribed in the Spa Manual. To welcome guests to the Spa area and assist them prior to and after their treatments. As a Spa Therapist, you are responsible for providing professional treatments and services for guests.

• Perform professional services according to standards with attention to detail and in a prompt timely manner.
• Providing treatments and assisting guests
• Deep cleaning around the Spa
• Maintaining the Spa facility and providing lateral service
• Advise guests of spa service programs, treatments and products available at the spa.
• Assist in promoting spa & body care products to guests and offer full product knowledge.
• To request, collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels.

Required skills and abilities:

• Completed state required therapy anatomy and physiology course or internationally recognized therapy qualification
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
• Excellent attention to detail
• High standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work in a consistently professional and helpful manner
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• Previous experience of a minimum of two years in a similar role
