Human Resources Advisor

Purpose of the position

To provide high quality, effective and efficient support on all HR related admin tasks and being responsible for the local payroll and its related tasks. 
 
Key Tasks

• Supports the recruiting process with preparing job descriptions, prescreening and shortlisting candidates, phone and onsite interviews for assigned positions with coordination with the responsible line manager
• Coordinate with and support new Joiners:
- Documents preparation and make sure that entry checklist is complete
- conduct local HR induction
- Documents preparation and coordination with Algeria staffs
• Medical Insurance
- administrate the complete process for additions/deletions
- prepare and monitor FI booking and payment of premiums
• Staff's File Maintenance
- responsible for complete employee filing
- preparation of employee files for audit purposes
• executing monthly payroll process including bank transfers, FI bookings, pay slip preparation/distribution and administration of monthly invoices
• Resignation/Termination:
- Documents preparation and make sure that exit checklist is complete
- Conducting exit interviews and prepare analyzed report for management 
 
Decision Making Authority

- According to Regional and Country rules and guidelines
- In line and conjunction with functional line manager
 
 
Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working

- Deep knowledge of local laws and regulations and of the local labour market
- Know-how and application of general HR concepts / processes
- HR knowledge in HR Processes & Tools

Educational background / Work experience

• Graduate from recognized university/ college
• minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar position
• Good know-how in all the primary HR processes and concepts
• Min 2 years in recruitment process 
 
Language skills

- English fluent in speaking and writing; any additional language of advantage
 
Computer Literacy

- Proficient  in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Salary range from 800-1000 net, depends on candidate.

Preferable male.
