Director of Revenue Management

The Director of Revenue Management provides all revenue functions, develops, implements, communicates, analyzes, measures and adjusts strategies to achieve top line revenue goals in conjunction with the company’s vision and standards. The ideal candidate requires advanced knowledge of hospitality revenue principles and practices, substantial and successful track record in profitable revenue management, good knowledge of budgeting.
Display consistent professional leadership while simultaneously handling competing and changing priorities and projects. Remain positive, resourceful and possess the ability to improvise while working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To control the room inventory and room rates to ensure that maximum revenue, yield and profitability are achieved
To implement and maintain a reporting system that supports the hotel management, corporate office, owning company and Sales & Marketing team in carrying out their set strategy
To oversee rooms management system (Opera) and ensure selling strategy is followed
To manage, maintain and monitor the hotel’s presence and yield strategy in all internet distribution channels, with a special focus on 3rd party intermediaries
To comply with all company policies, practices and instructions

QUALIFICATIONS

University education.
Minimum 5 years of related experience.
Managerial experience: >3 years.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft office
Analytical skills.
Excellent English.
