HSE Trainer

Principle Accountabilities:

- Deliver various HSE training courses;
- Ensure that course materials are developed, maintained, translated and kept up to date;
- Develop and maintain assessments for all HSE courses;
- Undertake assessment of trainees against appropriate standards at the end of the course;
- Complete and submit documentation at the end of course;
- Maintain an appropriate level of continuous professional development;
- Assist to update and change course materials as required;
- Prepare HSE training reports on program & progress when required;
- Attend internal HSE meetings if required

The right approach:

- Higher Education;
- Minimum 4 year experience in HSE Field;
- Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills;
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani (Fluent), Russian (Fluent) and English (Intermediate);
- Team player;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills
