Education:
• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Administration area
• Degree in a technical subject (Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering) will be an advantage
• PMP and / or Prince 2 certification will be an advantage
Work experience: Area and Length
• 2 plus years of Project Management experience will be an advantage
• Experience in the telecom environment will be an advantage
• Good understanding of telecom network
• Good understanding of financial, procurement, logistics principles
Computer Knowledge and Skills
Advanced user of MS Office (knowledge of MS Project & MS Excel is a must)
Languages Skills:
• Good spoken and written Azeri
• Good spoken and written English
• Good knowledge of Russian will be an advantage

Main responsibilities

Managerial
• Manage assigned projects
• Analyze and document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies
• Direct staff in the project management, preparation of reports
• Supervise project staff as per corporate policies and procedures
• Define scope of projects and clear strategy of project implementation for the staff
• Report to the management about ongoing activities
Operational
• Manage the technology projects within the given target time frame and the budget
• Plan, execute and track the Project Activities to ensure project deliverables completed on time
• Manage and coordinate RFP part related to the Technology Department
• Respond to issues, action points, and executive requests
• Ensure to fulfill the requirements of the project stakeholders
• Coordinate the projects with the other units within the organization
• May have to manage more than one project at a time.
• Develop general PIP, reports and identify inter-project
• Ensure smooth project implementation
• Administer the project budget by ensuring timely and accurate payments in coordination with the financial department
• Coordinate and manage project acceptance stage ensuring all the scope requirements are implemented, deficiencies corrected, project transferred to respective department for operations and maintenance purposes (FOAM, NMC etc.)
• Coordinate activities between Azerconnect Technology Departments and Units
• MNO coordination and reporting
• Manage technology procurement (RFI, RFQ, RFP, PR/PO) sub-processes
• Support non-Technology Departments with required reports and data
• Technology Document flow control and administration
