We are currently seeking for Accountant.

Requirements:

- Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA qualification;
- Min 3 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting;
- Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels;
- Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel;
- Excellent knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English;
- Able to work independently;
- Working experience in 1C is highly regarded.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

- Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role, forecasting, budgeting etc.;
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations;
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts;
- Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations;
- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting;
- Issue project cost reports for review and approval;
- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up;
- Support Chief Accountant in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements;
- Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives;
- Credit control and resolution of any issues arising with the customer invoices;
- Responsible for any violation of labor laws;
- Processing and supervising Accounts Payable;
- Processing payroll;
- Identifying and processing General Ledger transactions to finalize Trial Balance;
- Review of tax accrual accounts and verification of data for filing of tax returns;
- Have good knowledge about the GAAP and tax accounting standards of Azerbaijan.
