Job Title: QHSE Specialist (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Specialist)

We  are currently looking for experienced candidate to fulfill  QHSE Specialist position.

Job responsibilities

• Performance of QA/QC and HSE activities in support of the company objectives for Client's, in projects and for   QA/QC & HSE Policies.
• Perform internal and external QA/QC & HSE audits.
• Contribute to a co-operative working environment within the department.
• Fulfill project QA/QC & HSE requirements by use of applicable QA/QC & HSE procedures, tools and methods. (Safety case regime, risk assessment, HSE plans, QA/QC plans and systems, QA/QC audits, investigations, reporting)
• Perform Incident investigations when required.
• Assist the onshore emergency organization as required.
• Report to the assigned QA/QC & HSE manager.
• Pro-active scan changes in the market and actively approach new leads.
• Report to the Project Manager during participation in a project team.
• Set up QA/QC and HSE standards .
• Create plannings, costs calculations, project documents and all other required tasks to
• contribute to successful projects.
• Performs reporting, risk assessments and auditing and observes all HSE-related activities and policies within a location.
• Ensures operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in conformance to federal, provincial and company safety regulations by integrating and implementing company and third-party QHSE policies and procedures.
• Performs post-incident investigations and communicates with QHSE manager and others until all action items have been closed.
• Files QHSE documents and participates in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.

Requirements

• Higher Education
•  Minimum 3 year experience in QHSE Field
• Certificates in QHSE sphere
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani (Fluent), English (Fluent) and  Russian (Intermediate)
• Result and detail oriented
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills

Salary 700 -1000 AZN
