Job Title: Site Manager in Construction

Job responsibilities

• To have an experience in MEP, Piping & Steel structure Works
• In accordance with the work program, take the responsibility and execute the construction in timely and faultless manner, according to the established quality;
• To prioritize material, workers, staff and contractors needs, and report to the project manager;
• To prepare a detailed work program in accordance with the shown work program;
• To prepare and control daily and monthly reports;
• To keep costs information in a fully-defined form and send it to the engineering department;
• Carry out all contractor and other works and report to the Project Manager;
• Carrying out all transportation services in construction area and report to the project manager;
• Developing recommendations that affect financial issues and accelerate the duration of construction;
• Prepare and approve the main working methods and guidelines;
• Ensuring that the construction is fulfilled in accordance with the workplace safety rules and guidelines.

Requirements

1. Higher Education and minimum 3 – 5 year experience in of experience in the construction area
2. Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, AutoCAD) skills
3. Knowledge of Azerbaijani (Fluent) and English (Good)
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary 2000 - 3000 AZN Net depends on working experience.
