Key Accountabilities:
- Formation and regular updating of employee personal files;
- Preparation and formalization of employment contracts, as well as any amendments and additions;
- Drafting of orders and supporting documents related to recruitment, position changes, leave, termination, and other personnel actions;
- Handling documentation related to business trips, leaves, and other employee movements;
- Ensuring documentation and procedures are carried out in accordance with labor legislation;
- Accurate and timely entry of data into HR systems (internal software);
- Preparation of HR-related statistical reports and submission to management;
- Supporting the daily operational activities of the Human Resources department.
Required background:
- Higher education in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Law, or a related field;
- At least 1 year of experience in HR operations (experience in the manufacturing/industrial sector is an advantage);
- Intermediate level of written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Proficiency in MS Office programs;
- Knowledge of the Labor Code, Migration Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and relevant legal regulations.
