Vacancy: Incoming Tourism & MICE Agent
Reports to: Sales Manager
Duties:
- Hotel bookings throughout Azerbaijan
- Car rent, transfers and transport arrangement
- E-visa processing
- Organizing tours and excursions all over the country
- Negotiating and interacting with hotels, guides, car rent companies and other suppliers
- Arrangement and support of MICE services ensuring high-grade support
- Correspondence and communication with corporate customers and retail clients maintaining high Customer Care ethics
- Able to travel through regions
- Preparing and submission of sales reports to Accounts Department
other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Age 21-30
- Male or female
- University degree
- Work experience in Incoming Tourism as well as relevant customers’ database are welcomed
- Good knowledge of Azerbaijani geography and destination peculiarities
- Very good command of Azerbaijani, English and Russian, both written and verbal
- Team oriented, punctual with sense of time and responsibility
- Fast-learning, enthusiastic and initiative
- Capable to handle multiple tasks
- Able to work under pressure
- Respect and follow the office rules
Monthly salary: From 500 AZN (NET)
Social package:
Official employment with 3 months (payable) probation term, medical insurance and personal discounts are provided on by-stage principle.
