Vacancy: Ticketing Agent
Reports to: Operations Director
Duties:
- Air ticketing
- Hotels/cars booking via GDS
- Handling 24/7 Emergency Support in shifts
- Preparing and submission of sales reports in 1C
- Maintaining Customer Care ethics
- other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Age 23-40
- Male or female
- University degree
- At least 2 years work experience in air ticketing
- Excellent knowledge of Galileo, Gabriel and MS Office applications
- Good knowledge of airlines’ rules, geography and destination peculiarities
- Very good command of Azerbaijani, English and Russian, both written and verbal
- Team oriented, punctual with sense of time and responsibility
- Capable to handle multiple tasks
- Able to work under pressure
- Respect and follow the office rules
Monthly salary: From 700 AZN (NET)
Social package:
Official employment with 3 months (payable) probation term, medical insurance and personal discounts are provided on by-stage principle.
