Position requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of Senior/Advanced position experience (Big 4 experience will be given preference)
2. Background in finance-related field or audit (MBA students are welcomed)
3. Strong computer skills (MS Office; Excel is a must)
4. Strong command of English and Azerbaijani to work in multilingual environment
5. Experience to lead/organize work of a team of 5 to 10 people while working distantly
6. Ability to train and develop staff under his/her supervision
Skills required:
We are looking for two senior level candidates, who can coordinate work of others, consolidate information from different sources/regions as well as provide instructions to employees, if required, to prioritize tasks and unify information flow procedures. We will look at the past experience of candidates at senior positions.
