Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist with the day to day co-ordination and planning of the program including telephone answering, responding to email enquiries
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
• Carrying out background research and presenting findings
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
• Assisting in teamwork and e-mailing procedures
Experience Skills Required Competencies
• Higher education
• Azeri, English, Russian high business correspondence skills - in all languages, especially in English
• Experienced working as PA minimum 1 year (efficiently working with documents, e-mail correspondences and etc.)
• Skills on working with office programs, networking
• Excellent problem solving abilities and experience with complex transactions with little supervision
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Power Point, Adobe programs)
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management
Working schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• Full-time 9:00 – 18:00
Notes:
• Preferable female candidates; between 23-30 years old
• Working in team, multi-tasking
