The services offered vary from the design of structured and fiber optic cabling systems to voice communication systems, including audio and video conference systems that are mainly offered to businesses in such fields as Oil and Gas, Construction, Medical and Logistics. We strive to establish long-term relationships with our customers by providing post-delivery maintenance and support for all services rendered.

Service Desk Operator (Call center)

Responsibilities

o Excellent Organizational skills
o Excellent communication both verbal and written
o Ability to work to deadlines, balancing different priorities and coping with fluctuating workloads
o Previous experience in customer focus role
o Ability to deal with confidential information
o Good understanding of IT processes and systems
o Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Skills

o At least 6 month of experience working in a customer focused role
o To work well under pressure
o A Level standard of   education or equivalent
o Numerate with experience of MS office
o Self-motivating
