Position: Procurement Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
Assist to Procurement and Logistics Manager in day-to-day procurement activities
Lead Procurement personnel under his subordination
Coordinate all procurement activities, purchase requests and follow up with the process
Evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors
Ensure prompt delivery of materials, equipment and devices to the site
Coordinate the preparation of Insurance claims on procurement related matters
Assess and coordinate the suitability of Vendors and Subcontractors for individual project activities
Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress
Ensure compliance with HSE Policy
Requirements for Candidate:
Higher Education
Relevant work experience – minimum 3-5 years
Fluency in Azeri / English / Russian
Computer skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Hard and dynamic worker
