Job description

We're looking for experienced marketing professionals to work in our office in Baku, Azerbaijan.

The professional must have 2-3 years of experience in designing and implementing a Marketing Plan and promote Technogym brand according to the Business Plan of the country and the guidelines of Brand & Communication.

The chosen professional will be responsible for the following activities:

Establish the brand: brand awareness with integrated media plans
Lead generation

Responsible for managing the CRM database for the generation of campaigns by delivering on the various sales channels.

Localizing the communication of the market characteristics, developing advertising campaigns according to the guidelines of Brand Communication defined by HQ.
Responsible for PR activities, Sponsorship.
Defining the media plan .
Launching a plan for new products and solutions on the market.
Market analysis (research and analysis of the market).

Desired Skills and Experience

The candidates must have clear knowledge of:

Direct marketing approach.
Managing a digital marketing plan.
Digital marketing market,
Utilizing the CRM as a business instrument and develop marketing plans (campaigns, demos, etc., segmentation of customers, database management).

Past experience in Product and Service companies.

English is mandatory as well as good fluency in Russian .
