Requirements

Higher education;
5 year work experience in relevant field
Advanced MS Office skills;
Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian (fluent) and English (intermediate) languages;
Free of military obligation;

Strong presentational skills
Computer knowledge MS Office, Outlook, Project
Ability to work under pressure

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversees the overall approach to transport partnerships
Independently manages transport Projects, including NarAir
Participate and contribute to project planning, implementation and M&E
Together with the Business Development Personnel Initiate new transport sector partnerships and projects
Assist with planning of special and major events
Provide full support to BD team Leader in routine activities, if and when needed
Provide support to the Team on administrative and operational matters including, operational planning, budgeting and spending, M&E, internal communication and other procedural issues, as requested by the supervisor
Supports the Team Leader in documentation and optimize internal process of Operational Excellence
