POSITION: SALES ENGINEER

We as “Borusan Makina ve Güç Sistemleri Güç Sistemleri” are looking for a “Sales Engineer – Generators and Energy Solutions” located in Baku.

Borusan Makina ve Güç Sistemleri (Borusan Makina) is a company of Borusan Holding has been selling / providing product support services of Caterpillar and Caterpillar’s trade mark “Olympian” generator sets in Azerbaijan since 1997. While Borusan Makina is the authorized sole dealer of Caterpillar in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgzstan and Turkey, it is targeted to grow market share and customer satfistaction level as well.

Job Definition:

• Meet or exceed the assigned sales target in the territory and other targets to be assigned
• Make commercial proposals and conduct commercial negotiations
• Preparation for tenders
• New customer acquisition by carrying out coverage activities in responsible regions
• Give consultancy to the customers on technical solutions and benefits
• Create sales/visit/closure reports periodically for management

Candidates must have;

• 2 to 3 years of experience in selling diesel/natural gas generator / turnkey power station sales domain
• University degree (Mechanical / Electric or Electronic Engineering Degree is highly preferred)
• Excellent skills on selling and technical know-how
• Fluency in English both speaking and writing (Russian will be an asset)
• Strong capacities in listening clients needs
• Out-going and positive personality
• Willing to accept working with flexible working hours
• Good at MS Office package
• No travel restriction
• B class driving licence
• No military obligation for male candidates
