A current activity of the Sinteks MMC is Fashion Retail/Franchising of fashion labels: Gucci, Dolce&Gabbana, Escada, Burberry, Emporio-Armani, Salvatore Ferragamo and others.
Responsibilities:
*Responsibility for the level and quality of customer service in stores
*Setting and achieving goals to ensure a high level of service through strict adherence to procedures and company policies
*Monitoring of client service in the stores on a regular basis
*Monitoring and controlling the compliance to company standards of customer service
*Tracking and analysis of client complaints, their resolution
*Offer ideas and recommendations for continuous improvement in customer service
*Supervising employees during the service process Prepare reports on a regular basis, analyzing the service process in the company
*Coordinating with internal company departments for resolve issues
Requirements:
*Customer Service experience
*Communication skills - verbal and written
*Problem analysis and problem-solving
*Attention to detail and accuracy
*Fluent knowledge in Azeri and Russian languages
*English language knowledge is welcome
*MS Office program computer skills
