Aztikintiyol is currently seeking to hire an individual to fill the position of Senior HR Specialist.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Managing HR operations team (HR inspector and HR Assistant)
• Sometimes travelling through regions to solve HR related issues in Plants. /7 Crushing Plants & 6 Asphalt Plants/
• Conducting investigations into areas of misconduct or policy violation. Recommend follow up actions.
• Serving as HR business partner; strategically linking the HR agenda to business plans to drive results.
• Working on assigned benefit and compensation structure issues.
• Providing support to employees and managers to better understand and utilize HR tools, processes and policies; maximizing organizational effectiveness, improve performance and ensuring compliance.
• Collaborating with line managers on the recruitment/selection
• Working with managers on staffing needs including hiring, promotion, demotion, and terminations.
• Creating and analyzing reports that provide information and/or add value to the business

Knowledge and Education:

• Higher Education
• Minimum  three years of relevant experience
• Computer skills
• Fluent knowledge in Azeri, English
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
• Strong initiative and solid judgment skills
