Norm LLC has completed a construction of “Norm Sement” plant in Garadagh district of Baku city, with production capacity of 5 thousand tons of clinker per day and 2 million tons of cement per year and launched the cement production.

We are currently seeking for Raw Materials Warehouse Officer

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Prepare daily report to management about stock statement
Organize and control  raw material recieving, checking and registering to sistem item codes and put in order
Inform requester that requested raw materials arrived
taking into consideration of production needs, it is necessary to create logistic sistems.
When issue the raw  materials to requester it’s important: to check quality, quantity and general condition of raw materials, and implement all documentation in order

Keeping, transportation, loading and unloading of raw materials have to do according to the basic policy of firm. The create of conditions for the first-rate quality, safety of work, maintnance of health and the minimum impact environment.
Control raw materials which has got minimum stock and report to management .
Count the stock and prepare monthly report
All other duties as assigned by his line manager

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and Education

- Higher Education
- Minumum two-three years of relevant experience
- Computer skills, MS Office, Stock control programs
- Fluent knowledge in Azeri, English –good
- Preferably living in Garadagh district
