Marketing Executive / Marketinq Üzrə Məsul İcraçı

The Marketing Executive oversees day to day marketing activities for the marketing department.

Duties include:

• Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns for conferences and exhibitions
• Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications
• Consistently offer professional service to guests and potential customers
• Execute communication strategies and execute public relations programs within the hotel and global markets as required
• Act as spokesperson for the hotel in the absence of the Marketing Manager
• Work with Sales & Marketing team and Public Relations to develop and execute brand initiatives
• Draft and distribute press kits, releases, calendar listings
• Build good relationships with media and industry partners in key markets
• Use and carry out promotional opportunities with other hotels
• Develop and maintain all media lists and contact information
• Maintain an up-to-date photo and video library, including a photographic record of all media and special events
• Conduct familiarization trips or tours with local and international media
• Assist with hosting media events in the Hotel
• Participate in Sales & Marketing in-house events
• Follow Company Safety Policy and Internal Procedures
• Follow all safety policies
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Previous experience within Public Relations or Marketing
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications
• University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
• Good level of English and Azerbaijani communication skills, both written and verbal required; also, knowledge of Turkish or Russian is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities, able to focus on Guests
• Highly responsible & reliable
