“Rixos Quba Azerbaijan Hotel” is looking for a Kids Club Attendant.

Position:  Kids Club Attendant
Location: Quba, Azerbaijan

Responsibilities:
        
•             Create an inventory for all toys / equipment at the club
•             Ensure all club’s rules and regulations are enforced at all times
•             Be fully aware of club’s facilities, timings, promotions and prices
•             Must be fun, creative, enthusiastic, positive, flexible and good at multi-tasking
•             Needs to be an inspiring staff member and be able to work well within a team
•             Needs to have strong organizational and time keeping skills
•             Professional, customer focused, approachable and excellent interpersonal skills
•             Strong English and Russian skills, additional language is desirable i.e.  Arabic,
•             Accepting and understanding of other cultures, religions and backgrounds

Qualifications

•             Exceptional knowledge of basic babysitting practices and techniques
•             Excellent ability to create a fun, interactive and secure environment for children
•             Exceptionally good communicator with children both verbally and nonverbally
•             Able to apply parent’s instructions to the individual needs of each child
•             Dedicated to the health and safety of children
•             Exceptional activities creator for children
•             Willing to work any day and any shift
•             Great team player
•             Ability to give and take information over the phone and in person to both children and parents
•             Friendly, outgoing personality; reliable, energetic, and enthusiastic with strong communication skills
