Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, PPC, and SEO strategies.
- SEO & Analytics: Optimize content for search engines and monitor website traffic, using analytics to guide strategy.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report on key metrics, adjusting strategies to improve results and ROI.
- Growth Hacking: Identify and experiment with new marketing tactics to rapidly grow engagement and conversions.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and growth hacking strategies to keep our campaigns fresh and effective.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing or a similar role, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Experience with email marketing, and CRM tools.
- Creative thinking and a passion for digital trends and growth hacking techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and experience working with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Proven experience in testing and implementing innovative marketing techniques to achieve rapid growth.
