Main Duties:

  • Create and implement marketing plans in line with the overall strategy.
  • Manage promotional events and both traditional and digital marketing campaigns, attending as needed to ensure success.
  • Manage and control marketing budgets effectively.
  • Contribute to development of marketing strategies for various brands.
  • Generate creative ideas for marketing campaigns, considering the target audience.
  • Conduct market research initiatives.
  • Analyze competitors' activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Use marketing analytics tools to gather important data (e.g., social media, web analytics, rankings).
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on marketing activities.
  • Serve as a liaison with media, event, research, and advertising agencies, ensuring accurate briefs based on target audience insights.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media and Digital Marketing teams to craft a unified message and ensure synchronized delivery across all platforms.
  • Work closely with graphic designers to oversee the conceptual approach for marketing visual materials.
  • Place orders for and supervise the production of point-of-sale (POS) materials and other marketing- related assets.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Strong knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing methods, as well as market research techniques.
  • Proficient in marketing data analytics and tools.
  • Experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
  • Practical experience with marketing software and applications.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
