GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Reporting to: Client Service Director

Purpose: Responsible for the design and production of regular, recurring marketing and promotional activities, preparing print ready artwork, providing the team support to deliver assigned tasks within the established budget and time line. The Graphic Designer is a key member of the team, and participates in projects development.

Key Responsibilities:

• To edit and prepare print ready artwork across a range of media including, brochure, adverts and web banners;

• To develop design projects to a high standard being responsible for your part of the design brief including liaising with the team members.

• To provide high quality retouching of images and photography;

• To use your experience and knowledge to identify and resolve design, artwork and print challenges;

• Create production schedules and timetables Takes responsibility and ownership for ensuring work is completed delivered efficiently and within deadline.

• Manages multiple tasks, prioritising time and communicating potential conflicts.

• Takes responsibility for ensuring work is completed /delivered efficiently and within deadline.

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required:

• 2+ years of experience in the required field. 

• Experience of the use of industry-standard graphic design software including Adobe InDesign,Corel,Illustrator and Photoshop; Mac/PC

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well organised and capable to meet deadlines.

• Capable to work efficiently under stress.

• Ability to communicate effectively and sensitively and establish effective working relationships at all levels of the organization. • Great team player

• Comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines
