Deputy Director

Job Responsibilities:

∙             Overseeing and managing all production and related activities of concrete plant.
∙             Ensuring all planned performance are met or exceeded; monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed; monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs; ensuring efficient use of funds and working capital;
∙             Improving the organization of production, its technology, Mechanization and automation of production processes;
∙             Establishing preventive measures to block producing defective products, ensuring efficient use of all resources, adoption of new products and technologies;
∙             Working out how to increase productivity and production revenue, as well as how to decrease cost of production and labor to carry out the work;
∙             Timely preparation and submission of the reports on the facilities production activities; normalization of labor; right use of waging and promoting systems;
∙             Generalizing and spreading of advanced methods and techniques to produce similar products, searching and applying advanced experiences of foreign countries in the field of production technology;
∙             Ensuring timely regulation and technically correct operation of equipment and other assets, also scheduled repair; as well as the creation of safe, healthy working conditions; ensuring timely delivery of wages and benefits for employees depending on the conditions;
∙             Planning technical development and modernization of equipment and production; participating to explore the causes of failures in the equipment, crashes and crash damages, developing and ensuring preventive measures;
∙             Working out and ensuring recruitment, placement, trainings and appropriate use of workers and employees;
∙             Ensuring workforce comply safety equipment, safety rules and regulations, production and labor discipline and internal labor regime;
∙             Finding out and recognizing distinguished employees, create punishment proposals for those who violate the labor and production discipline;

Basic tasks:

∙             Working out labor checkbook and other production documents, preparation of documents required to be utilized for the production of the product;
∙             Drawing up work schedules of employees;
∙             Working out how to improve the product quality and working conditions and apply new technological and organizational decisions;
∙             Development and implementation of comprehensive plans for the improvement of labor conditions.
