Job Responsibilities
- Entering HR operations into the EMAS electronic system;
- Draft and prepare employment contracts;
- Prepare and manage documentation for leave, business trips, recruitment, terminations, and other
HR-related matters;
- Inputting orders and other data into the 1C system;
- Handling employee insurance in the ISB.az system;
- Manage correspondence including receiving, filing, drafting, and dispatching letters;
- Managing documentation for recruitment processes, creating and posting job advertisements for vacancies on relevant channels;
- Collecting CVs based on vacancy criteria and organizing interviews with candidates.
What we want you to:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Social Sciences, Human Resources Management, etc.;
- Minimum 1 years of work experience in the related area;
- Good written and verbal communications skills in Azerbaijani, proficiency in English is a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Office and 1C software;
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills.
