Position: Service Desk Engineer
Department: Performance & QA
Responsibilities
1) Follow up the CC/VIP ticket progress with the various Azerconnect departments
2) Compile regular Service desk statistical reports
3) Analysis and follow-up of CC/VIP trends, “Hot-spot” identification
4) Documentation Control process
Experience:
Needs to be a mature and experienced Mobile Operations person. He/she need not be an expert in any field but needs a broad scope of knowledge of RAN operations as follows:
5) Trouble ticketing procedures
6) RAN Optimization
7) RAN Rollout procedures
8) RAN transmission
9) NOC Operations
10) Field Operations & Maintenance
11) Performance & QA support
Qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this position
Education BSC electronics or equivalent experience
Experience +5 years operational telecommunication experience.

Project management experienced
Computer skills MS Office skilled
