Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
- Manage the brand’s identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive actions, and opportunities for growth.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media initiatives.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in brand management within the fashion or personal care industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Brand Strategy: Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the fashion or personal care market, including consumer behavior and industry trends.
- Marketing Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategies, and traditional advertising.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and campaign performance metrics.
- Creative Vision: Ability to develop creative and innovative marketing strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a marketing team.
- Project Management: Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems
- Networking: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry partners.
