Responsibilities

Main responsibilities

Check for completeness and accuracy of Fixed Assets module (sub ledger) and month-end closing activities such as account reconciliations, journal entries and adjustments.
Monitor and process transactions on a daily basis. Post CIP / Fixed Assets mass additions to Fixed Asset Module. Ensure timely and accurate transfer of account data to General Ledger Review and maintain all accounting records. Control and clearing CAPEX clearing accounts and insure zero balance at end of the month. Generate monthly depreciation postings, monthly and annual account reports to management. Collaborate with team members to monitor asset disposals and movements. Maintain fixed asset system for accounting, processing and reporting of the assets.

Education Higher education (Bachelor’s degree on finance, accounting)

Experience At least 1 year work experience in the field of finance, accounting.

Computer skills MS Office (Excel upper intermediate), Outlook.

Languages Azerbaijan language – Excellent, English - Intermediate.

Personal skills Behavioral To be punctual, communicative, to be able to fulfill the obligations obliged to him, to respond to the situation operatively, capability to work with team.
