Requirements of the vacancy:

Education: Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a data science role, preferably within the fintech or online payment industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning.
Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and data manipulation.
Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data analysis.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Data Analysis and Modeling: Perform data analysis and build predictive models for customer acquisition, churn prediction, customer retention and credit risk scoring.
Data Management: Extract, transform and load (ETL) data from various sources, including MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and quality.
Programming: Utilize Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis and machine learning model development.
Data Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to present data insights to stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product and engineering to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
Customer Insights: Analyze customer data from our CRM database to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improving customer experience and retention.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools and techniques in data science and apply them to improve existing processes and models.
