Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and refine product vision, roadmap, and goals, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer feedback, market trends, and business value, maintaining a balanced and achievable product backlog.
• Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements, provide guidance, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and opportunities, and pivot as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Analyze data and metrics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
• Communicate product updates, progress, and key insights to stakeholders, building alignment and buy-in across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in emerging trends and technologies shaping the transportation industry.
• Exceptional command of English, with outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including hands-on experience leading sprint ceremonies and managing product backlogs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a track record of successfully managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated adaptability and resilience, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a rapidly evolving industry landscape.
